REFUND / RETURN

All items sold on this website are refundable/exchangeable (with like items), subject to conditions of acceptance, within 10 days of receipt of goods.

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

All items sold can be exchangeable/returnable on the condition that the sales tag remains intact and uncut, in the original condition, returned in its original packaging.

SIZING ISSUES / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We endeavour to check your garments prior to delivery, to ensure the items you ordered will be received in good condition. However, in the unfortunate event of product defects, or in the instance of size/fit issues, the items will be exchangeable upon request. We will retrieve the item through a designated courier and send you a new one without charge.
